Students are responsible for maintaining the required internet connection, device, software, and learning environment when participating in online training.
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and participate actively. A minimum attendance of 75% is required for certificate eligibility unless a particular course or program specifies a different written requirement. Attendance may be recorded through classroom attendance, online attendance, learning platforms, trainer records, or other reasonable attendance mechanisms.
Absence from classes does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Students may be eligible to receive a certificate after successfully satisfying applicable course requirements. Certificate eligibility may depend upon minimum 75% attendance, completion of required coursework, assessments, mini projects, projects, and other course-specific requirements. Completion of payment alone does not automatically guarantee a certificate.
Sipher Web Academy may refuse or delay certificate issuance where applicable requirements have not been fulfilled.
Sipher Web Academy may provide placement assistance, career guidance, interview preparation, resume guidance, job-related workshops, or placement opportunities depending on the course or program. However, placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment, internship, salary, job offer, company selection, or any specific salary package. Employment decisions are made independently by employers.
Students are responsible for their own performance in interviews, assessments, technical tests, and selection processes.
Students are required to pay the applicable course fees according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of enrollment. Payments may be made through online payment methods, third-party payment gateways, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.
Students are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate. Applicable taxes, transaction charges, or payment-provider charges may apply where relevant.

Students retain ownership of their original work to the extent permitted by applicable law, subject to any separate agreement concerning projects or materials created using Academy resources.
Students may not record, reproduce, distribute, livestream, or commercially exploit Academy classes, trainer sessions, course videos, or proprietary educational content without prior authorization. Sipher Web Academy may record certain sessions for legitimate educational or administrative purposes, subject to applicable policies and law.
Students below the age of majority may enroll in eligible programs subject to applicable requirements. Where required, enrollment and participation may require verification or consent from a parent or lawful guardian.
Parents or guardians may be contacted regarding relevant administrative matters concerning a minor student.
A student may request a transfer to another batch where such facility is offered. Batch transfer is subject to availability, may be subject to Academy approval, and may have additional conditions. It does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Sipher Web Academy Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. By enrolling in a course, students acknowledge that they have reviewed the applicable refund conditions.
Sipher Web Academy may suspend or terminate a student's access to training, resources, or enrollment in cases of serious misconduct, academic dishonesty, non-payment, fraudulent information, unauthorized use of Academy systems, material violation of these Terms, or conduct that creates a safety or security risk.
Where appropriate, the Academy may provide an opportunity to address the issue before taking action. Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Sipher Web Academy makes reasonable efforts to provide quality educational services but does not guarantee employment, internship, specific salary, specific job role, selection by a particular company, or specific academic result.
Training outcomes depend on multiple factors, including student participation, practice, prior knowledge, market conditions, interview performance, and employer requirements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sipher Web Academy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from student absence, internet or technical failures, third-party platform failures, employer decisions, changes in employment markets, student performance, or failure to complete coursework.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Sipher Web Academy may update these Terms or modify its programs when reasonably necessary. Updated Terms will be published or otherwise communicated where appropriate.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over the relevant matter and location.
